We have a fantastic opportunity for a 1st/2nd line Support Engineer to join a leading IT Support company (MSP) in Milton Keynes to provide technical support to their Nationwide Customer base. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Microsoft technologies, with strong commercial experience with Azure, AD, Office365 etc (MS certification would be advantageous, although not essential)
The successful candidate will be part of our first response teams and will ensure that our customers receive an excellent and consistent service experience.
The 1st/2nd Line IT Support Technician will ideally come from the background of an IT Managed Service Provider although this is not essential as there will be plenty of training for the successful candidate. You will be motivated, a natural problem solver and able to follow the process for ticketing systems (ConnectWise) as well as the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment,
